About these terms
This website is operated by Jewish Third Space (J|TS), a social enterprise running a global, retreat-based movement for spiritual renewal. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or registering for one of our programmes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
You may read, share and link to our pages freely. You agree not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material, not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, and not to interfere with the site's operation. We may remove submissions or suspend access where these terms are broken.
Enquiries and contact
When you submit the contact form you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are happy for us to reply by email and, where you have asked for it, by telephone. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any email from us with OPT OUT in the subject line, or by telling us when we call.
Retreats, registration and payment
Programme details, dates, locations and costs shown on this site are described as accurately as we can but may change; the terms confirmed to you at registration prevail. Retreat places are limited and confirmed only once we have accepted your registration. Our programmes are heavily subsidised and further subsidies are available on request. Refunds and transfers are handled case by case — contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
Nothing here is medical or therapeutic advice
Our retreats combine Jewish learning with embodied practices such as yoga, meditation and the arts. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and participation is not a substitute for professional care. You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is suitable for you, and we ask you to tell us about relevant health considerations before attending.
Content, liability and governing law
Text, images and programme materials on this site belong to Jewish Third Space or to the teachers who created them and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. The site is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. We may update them from time to time, and the date below will show when we last did.
