What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, how you see yourself (seeker, facilitator, funder, partner or other), your message, and — only if you ask us to call you — your phone number and the days and time windows that suit you. If you create an account, we also hold the name and email address associated with it. We do not collect payment card details ourselves; any payment is handled by our payment processor.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to you. That means sending you a reply about the Jewish Third Space retreat network, answering your questions, and — where you have asked for a call — reminding our team to phone you inside the window you chose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Submissions are visible only to Jewish Third Space management. Our website is built and hosted on the Base44 platform, and email is delivered through our email provider; these providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to stay in touch with you about our programmes.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply to any email from us with the words OPT OUT in the subject line, or simply tell us when we call, and we will not contact you again. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — write to info@jewishthirdspace.net and we will act on your request.
Cookies and changes to this policy
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your light or dark display setting. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we change this policy we will update the date below; material changes affecting how we contact you will be communicated by email.
